Susanne Lurger

Susanne Lurger is an expert in supporting organisations and professionals to create space for increased potential to perform and engage. Her work is informed by research in positive psychology, neuroscience and organisational psychology.

As Founder of BeYoCo and Performance Executive Coach Susanne works with leading organisations and their teams offering customised mindfulness training for professionals and 1on1 positive psychology coaching. Before setting up BeYoCo she worked as Workplace Consultant with multi-national organisations creating high performance work environments.

Her approach is evidence-based and relevant to professionals to ensure they get the best out of themselves and their day - at work and away from work.

Susanne is currently studying and researching the impact of mindfulness techniques on performance in the workplace as part of her MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She is a qualified economist, certified yoga and meditation teacher and a positive psychology coach. She has worked with Bloomberg, Google, Bank of England, Barclays, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Nomura and Bank of America over the last 5 years.

Her engagements are inspired by kindness, compassion and honesty.


Anna Ashby

Anna has been studying and practising yoga and meditation for over 20 years and has been teaching since 1999. Her approach is methodical and accessible and incorporates the teachings of yoga in a way that is practical and makes sense in modern context.

An experienced teacher, she holds the highest level of certification by the Yoga Alliance (UK) - Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) and Yoga Alliance (US) E-RYT-500. She also holds a B. A. (hons) in Modern Dance which she gained from Mills College in California in 1991.

Anna teaches at triyoga in London and is one of London’s leading yoga teachers. She is a founder and senior faculty member of the triyoga™ teacher training programme, one of the most comprehensive and rigorous training programmes in Europe. Anna regularly leads retreats and trainings in the UK and Europe.

Robert Knoss

Robert is a certified Nutritionist as well as Nutritional Therapist.  When not practising yoga, he conducts nutritional research and advises clients on how to achieve optimal health and performance through good scientific choices of foods and supplements.  After more than 20 years in investment banking, Robert fully understands the demands and requirements to succeed in highly pressurised work environments, and he has supported many City executives to maximise their potential.

Robert holds a MSc and BSc (Hons) and is a member of the Nutrition Society and the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy.  He feels passionate about how food impacts our wellbeing, and loves to share the nutritional background to health with individuals or groups.
