As a coach, I specialise in a solution-focused approach that draws on a holistic view of thriving, performance, and life. This includes spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional elements and builds on your unique set of highest potentials. 

My coaching practice is informed by scientifically researched and developed strategies as well as practices from the school of positive psychology and mindfulness. They are designed to empower you and catalyse change towards your desired vision, goal and what success looks like for you, so you can be the leader of your own life and create the world you want to live in.

I bring kindness, honesty and empathy to each engagement, which allows me to listen intently, learn as well as challenge.

You will design and implement a practical and meaningful plan for yourself so you can create positive habits that will help you become the leader of your own life and create a better world for yourself and others.
